news.* closed, Majordomo1 --> Mailman

   After not finding the time to fix the NNTP server over a few months (too 
many higher priorities), I have decided to close it entirely.

   news.* has been removed from the DNS.   I also removed mail2.flora.ca, 
and have decided to have a single mail.flora.ca MX host for the domains I 
host at home.

   I have turned off the computer (bangalore.flora.ca) that previously 
offered the news and mail2 services.

   I am also in the process of closing down the remaining Majordomo1 based 
mailing lists, moving them to Mailman to simplify configuration.
