Mail server temporary outage..

There was a temporary outage this afternoon related to the upgrade of
server software. I upgraded the server to be compatible with the new Xen
release, but there was a problem with one of the files used by
Cyrus-IMAPD.

Nov 15 13:06:16 hugli master[1043]: process 1763 exited, status 75
The file /var/lib/imap/deliver.db is used to detect when the same
message is delivered multiple times, and isn't critical. Removing the
file causes cyrus to create an empty one and continue.
