Running updated kernel/etc on newdelhi,calcutta

   I have finally been able to move to a recent Xen kernel on newdelhi and 
calcutta.  This will hopefully improve stability of these two servers.

   There are some minor nagging issues that are outstanding, but they are 
minor.
