Last night, and then again this morning, I had to restart the "Westbengal" server which is the Xen0 host for Newdelhi and Calcutta. Newdelhi had a kernel panic relating to a bug in Xen's networking code. Details are at https://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=199944 RedHat has a fix, but the fix hasn't yet propagated out to a pre-compiled kernel. If a precompiled kernel isn't available soon I will compile my own. Other bugs I'm tracking: Applications listening on a port stop accepting connections on a XenU kernel https://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=203122 XenU guest kernel reports "Received packet is 10 bytes before head." https://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=189112 -- Russell McOrmond, Internet Consultant: <http://www.flora.ca/> Please help us tell the Canadian Parliament to protect our property rights as owners of Information Technology.
