We were unsuccessful in bringing up the link between CooperIX.net and
Cybersurf. We tried two different sets of modems. While the line was
installed correctly (We did basic tests on the lines), neither set of
modem was able to establish a connection.

We are currently connected with only a single 1M connection to Storm.

We have messages in to other providers to investigate the possibility of
getting a higher-speed Fiber connection into CooperIX, but this will take
time to establish. We also need to determine if we can afford to bring
this connection in, as the current customer base does not offset the cost
and we would need to be expanding.

We do not have a time estimate of when we will be able to increase the
speed to a more reasonable level.

I'll be posting more messages to this list as I learn more.
