I have not been involved with the National Capital Freenet for some time now, but have left these pointers to older information for those curious about some of the history. I wrote many things about how I believed the NCF had expenses higher than it needed to be, and when the Renewal process started to too-strongly encourage donations, and with their current minimum-donation for renewal, I lost interest in any support of the NCF.
