Submission to Section 92 Copyright act review

This is a submission to House of Commons Standing Committee on Canadian Heritage in relation to their section 92 review of the copyright act. Since the first announcement the date of submissions has been moved to October 17, 2003.

While this submission has been sent to Heritage it continues to be updated. Please view later updates and send feedback.
